 Green Zone Assessors is sympathetic of the additional expenditure to be incurred by individuals due to this new legislation, and as a sole operator, Green Zone Assessors's ethos is to be cost considerate which the home seller or landlord will appreciate immediately when comparing the cost of others.

Green Zone Assessors will carry out an energy assessment and provide your Energy Performance Certificate for properties within the West Midland  and Lancashire areas for £75, however this fee will be reduced to £50 for a limited period. There is no VAT on this charge.
